How do I place an order ?
Whether you decide to register or not, shopping online is designed to be a stress-free experience. From any page on this site, click on "shop online" from the top menu and click on a department button and a category of clothing. click on an item to view from the list that appears.

We accept Visa, Mastercard & American Express. Your online transactions are safe and secure because we use authorize.net as the payment processing gateway for each transaction.
How do I know my transaction will be safe?

How can I confirm that my order was processed ?
Once we receive your order, you will receive an e-mail confirmation usually within minutes. The e-mail will include an order number for your reference.
If I place my order today, when will i recieve it ?
If an item is in-stock, your order will ship within 3 business days. If an item is out-of-stock, backordered or no longer available, we will contact you via email or phone. At that time you can choose to hold, edit or cancel your order. Occasionally there are shipping and delivery delays by the USPS and other carriers that are beyond control. We are committed to making sure your order is received.
What is your return policy ?

- You must request an 'return authorization" code ( ra #) by emailing customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org
- The periods of coverage: (begins on ship date)
1 - 30 Days - Full refund or exchange for unworn, unwashed items returned in their original condition.
1-90 Days - even-exchanges/replacements on merchandise proven to be defective. ( alterations to the original appearance of the merchandise nullifies the replacement coverage.
Clearance items are non-refundable and can only be replaced or exchanged if defective.
- We reserve the right to deny a refund/replacement request for any consumer who abuses our policy.
Can I submit a design idea ?
We love that your'e enthusiastic about our product and want to share your creativity with us. however all our designs are done in-house and we do not consider product designs or ideas from outside the company due to legal restrictions.
Can I use one of your designs or images ?
Every design, logo, illustrations, image, and all content of Minoritees and Minoritees.com are all copyrights, trademarks, servicemarks and intellectual properties of Minoritees LLC and it's owners. unauthorized duplication in any form will be subject legal action including substantial fines.
Are children's sizes available ?
Children's sizes are currently not available. We hope to begin carrying the line eventually.
What's the best product care practice ?
The best way to take care of your shirts are to: flip them inside out, machine was warm (cold for very dark colors to prevent fading), tumble dry on low or lay flat to dry. For our shirts with metallic inks, rhinestones or swarovski crystals - to preserve the luster: we recommend dry cleaning. Do not bleach the shirts. Any alterations to the product nullifies our return/replacement policy.
Why can't I find a shirt ? Why are certain styles not available online ?
With the goal of being an ever-evolving line in mind - some designs are limited edition. They may have a limited number or prints or a limited window of time in which you'll be able to buy them - get 'em while they're hot...and keep checking back.
