.01. is what I see online all minoritees offers?

far from it. there are styles we produce exclusively for our online store but the majority of what we do can be found in boutiques across the country. online offers for the most part our most basic styles - many of which are humor tees (some of which are a bit too taboo for most stores) and classics from past seasons.

our more fashion-forward collection is usually in stores for months before it ever gets to our online store (and even then it's a select few pieces).

.02. what if i am not a minority; can I still wear your product ?

of course! minoritees is a stylish line of casual wear whose roots began in african-american culture, however our product continues to grow and explore different cultures - whether it be race, color, religion or sexual orientation. we're all individuals - if you like it, wear it. we invite everyone to shop, enjoy and wear our product with pride. people are people for who they are, not what they are. Our shirts are created with that philosophy mind.

.03. what are my payment options ?

we accept visa, mastercard & american express. your online transactions are safe and secure because we use authorize.net as the payment processing gateway for each transaction. we also accept discover and e-checks via paypal. paypal is one of the safest and online-payment resources. It is the preferred method of payment for companies such as ebay.

.04. how do i place an order ?

whether you decide to register or not, shopping online is designed to be a stress-free experience. from any page on this site, click on "shop online" from the top menu and click on a department button and a category of clothing. click on an item to view from the list that appears.

.05. what does it mean if an item is on "backorder" ?

an item that is "in stock" will be shipped in 2-3 business days. an item that is "backordered" means that we're temporarily out of stock but are expecting that product in by the end of the month. backordered items may take a little longer to be delivered to you and cannot be sent overnight. to make a change to any backordered item that you have ordered, email us at customerservice@minoritees.com with your order number in the subject line and we'll be happy to help you out. items that are "not available" are no longer available for sale and cannot be backordered.

.06. how do i check out ?

click on the "your bag" icon in the top menu. your shopping bag appears and you can review your order.
click on the 'check out' button to advance on to the "billing and shipping" page. type in all your info, (make sure you use your credit card billing address for the bill-to address to avoid delays in your order).
click "place order now" to finish checking out. your order will not be received until you click this button.

note: If you opt to make a payment via paypal, you will be re-directed to the paypal website where you will enter your payment/credit card information. you must complete this portion to complete your order.

.07. how do I confirm that my order was processed ?

once we receive your order, you will receive an e-mail confirmation usually within minutes. the e-mail will include an order number for your reference.

.08. if i place my order today, when will I recieve it ?

if an item is in-stock, your order will ship within 2 business days. if an item is out-of-stock, backordered or no longer available, we will contact you via email or phone. at that time you can choose to hold, edit or cancel your order.

You must request an 'return authorization" code ( ra #) by emailing customer service at customerservice@minoritees.com
the periods of coverage: (begins on ship date)
1 - 30 days - full refund or exchange for unworn, unwashed items returned in their original condition.
31-90 days - even-exchanges/replacements on merchandise proven to be defective. ( alterations to the original appearance of the merchandise nullifies the replacement coverage.
clearance items are non-refundable and can only be replaced or exchanged if defective.
we reserve the right to deny a refund/replacement request for any consumer who abuses our policy.

we love that your'e enthusiastic about our product and want to share your creativity with us. however all our designs are done in-house and we do not consider product designs or ideas from outside the company due to legal restrictions.

.11. can i use a minoritees design or image ?

every design, logo, illustrations, image, and all content of minoritees, black I (including this website) are all copyrights, trademarks, servicemarks and intellectual properties of mInoritees llc and it's owners. unauthorized duplication in any form will be subject legal action including substantial fines.

.12. are children's sizes available ?

children's sizes are currently not available. we hope to begin carrying the line within the upcoming year.

.13. what's the best product care practice ?

the best way to take care of your shirts are to: flip them inside out, machine was warm (cold for very dark colors to prevent fading), tumble dry on low or lay flat to dry. for our shirts with metallic inks, rhinestones or swarovski crystals - to preserve the luster: we recommend dry cleaning. do not bleach the shirts. any alterations to the product nullifies our return/replacement policy.

with the goal of being an ever-evolving line in mind - some designs are limited edition. they may have a limited number or prints or a limited window of time in which you'll be able to buy them - get 'em while they're hot...and keep checking back.

the minoritees one world program was implemented as a way of actively participating in the elevation of those in limited environments on a global level. the minoritees line has produced a design entitled "one world" with 100% of the profits from sales of the shirt being donated to the charitable organizations.
